Freight Tips and Hints

Domestic and Local Freight

Size & weight guidelines

All Shipments are charged according to actual weight or cubic weight, whichever is greater. The cubic weight is the parcel's volume in cubic metres, multiplied by 250. To work this out, use the formula below:

Height x length x width x 250 = cubic weight

For example: 0.5m X 0.3m X 0.4m
= 0.06m x 250
= 15kg cubic weight

International Freight

For larger yet lightweight parcels and packages, we charge you for the space that they take up rather than their actual weight. This means you need to work out its volumetric weight. When calculating the volumetric weight, you need to initially work out the volume of your package and then multiply this by the relevant conversion factor. For more detail see below:

International Sample:

50cm x 40cm x 30cm ÷ 5000 = 12kg

MAX. DIMENSIONS : L x W x H (cm)  240 x 120 x 150
